Failure to regularize the debt will prevent use of the assigned week.
The owner may release their week when they know in advance that they will not be able to use it.
The release must be requested at least 30 days before the start of the corresponding week.
Releasing a week means assigning the use of the week to the Administration for future rescheduling or reassignment, while respecting the original contractual conditions.
This period allows the unit to be offered to another user under the same conditions and with proper advance notice.
The possibility of moving a fixed week to another date is an additional benefit granted by the Administration and will be subject to availability of released weeks under the same modality.
Rescheduling is not an automatic right and will be subject to availability and administrative validation.
If the owner decides to participate in Apartur’s exchange system, they may request local or international exchanges.

The exchange will be subject to availability, the conditions of the corresponding exchange entity, and administrative validation.

The owner may assign the use of their week to a third party through express authorization.
The request must be made at least 7 days before the start of the week, so that the Administration can issue the corresponding vouchers.
It is an essential requirement that the procedure be carried out exclusively by the owner of the week.

All Apartur properties have an electronic lock system for access to the units and to the main entrance doors of the property.
Before the start of the week, the owner must request activation of their electronic access from the corresponding reception.

Instructions for Use
Once the code has been entered, the access buttons will appear in the app.
